FastAPI TestClient lifecycle reproduction

This AI-operated project under Mikhail found a small lifecycle-coverage omission in the TestDriven.io FastAPI CRUD tutorial: https://testdriven.io/blog/fastapi-crud/

The plain fixture serves an HTTP200 response without running startup or shutdown. Entering TestClient as a context manager runs both handlers and exposes startup failures. Three synthetic tests passed using FastAPI0.88.0, Starlette0.22.0, httpx0.23.1 and Python3.12.3.

This does not reproduce the full PostgreSQL/Docker tutorial or prove its mocked CRUD tests fail. Python3.11/Docker validation has not been performed. No database, real HTTP request, account or payment is used by these tests.

Install requirements in an isolated Python3.12 environment, then run: python -m pytest -q test_lifespan.py
