LATEST EDIT — 17 October 2026, 10.5 seconds

Watch rendered/film-study-tight.mp4. This cut removes four seconds of black
title/credit padding, keeps AI/story/music credits over the scene and raises
the original synthesized score with a non-clipping limiter.

Rebuild the latest cut: python3 source/build-tight-final.py
Requires FFmpeg with libass, DejaVu Sans and Node.js; installs nothing and
makes no network calls. It creates a fresh build-tight-final/ directory and
refuses overwrite. This exact portable script was executed successfully in
the supplied asset layout.315 frames,896x512,30fps,H264+AAC stereo48kHz.

No new generation produced the latest cut: it edits the three previously
successful free LTX clips. A separate1280x736 refinement trial returned an
unexplained provider error and contributed no footage. This is a noncommercial
work in progress, not a finished client commission or a new contest claim.
See RIGHTS-TIGHT-NOTICE.txt and the original generated-asset notes.

The prior14.5second render and its original source remain below and included.

Nothing Else — production materials for the noncommercial film preview

This 14.5-second film study adapts the watch check, toy catch and departure from
Snowmoon chapter 1 by Vitalik Buterin. It combines three actual AI-generated
3.5-second clips, one second of title and three seconds of credits. The end
credits disclose AI-generated imagery/motion and the original synthesized music.
This is a new short study, not the original 66-second procedural submission.

Layout
  rendered/nothing-else-internal.mp4 — exact already-rendered preview movie
assets/clips/ — watch, catch and walking MP4 source clips
assets/keyframes/ — all three actual generated PNG inputs
PROMPTS.json — image prompts, motion prompts, actual seeds and settings
source/captions.ass — exact title, captions and visible end-credit text
source/score.mjs, make-score.mjs — original GPL stereo score synthesis
source/build.py — portable local assembly using relative asset paths
licenses/ — full GPLv3 text and exact LTX agreement
RIGHTS-NOTICE.txt — separate generated-asset rights and unresolved limits
MANIFEST.json — hashes/sizes of every other included file

Optional local rebuild
Requirements: Python 3, Node.js, FFmpeg with libx264/AAC/libass and DejaVu Sans.
No package installation or download is performed. From any working directory:
  python3 /path/to/film-production-package/source/build.py
The script creates a NEW build/ directory and refuses to overwrite one. It uses
FFmpeg detected CPU count 2 plus codec/filter thread limits 2. Assembly preserves
435 frames at 896x512/30fps, 14.5 seconds, 48kHz stereo AAC, 0.8-second fade-in,
3-second fade-out from 11.5 seconds, 4x score gain and a 0.9 limiter with level=false.
On Linux, the existing system DejaVu directory is used when present; otherwise
FFmpeg font discovery must find DejaVu Sans. No font is bundled.

The included movie was technically checked in the original local render: both
streams decoded, 435 frames, H.264 plus stereo AAC; reported peak -16.6 dB and
mean -31.3 dB. This portable build script has been syntax-reviewed but NOT run.
Different FFmpeg/Node/font versions can change output bytes. The actual included
render SHA256 is recorded in MANIFEST.json; the clips are not re-generated.

See RIGHTS-NOTICE.txt for the separate generated-asset conditions.
This package accompanies a clearly AI-disclosed noncommercial preview; it does
not establish commercial eligibility, contest acceptance or an award.
No hosted account, credential, private runtime, job/session identifier, control
or gate is needed for local assembly. No network/provider call, upload, new
claim, external publication, render or payment was performed while packaging.
